Time to move

Well, I supposed to be by the beach right now, but cannot leave Oaxaca somehow. Saturday has been pushed to Monday, Monday to Tuesday so it’s time to go. I had a great time here and my last day here was great.

Thanks to my companion I’ve discovered a part of town I would never dare to go on my own. Kind of suburbs, kind of poor area, but a real place with real local people living their day to day life. It was on a hill so lots of walking, lots of stairs have been involved to get there. The view from the top of the hill was just spectacular. If I have wings I would learn to fly from there.

What is next in the cards for me? A small, mountain village down south for night or two – San Jose del Pacifico. There is a green house where I want to stay. I’ve read about this place on internet. It’s a hostel but without a website. You don’t rent a room or even a bed. You pay 50 pesos and sleep on whatever place is free. It’s out of season so I’m hoping for a bed. It attracts free spirits like me so really want to experience that place. The village is a great stop on the way to the ocean, and ocean is a place I need a lot. I miss having water around me so cannot wait. Where exactly? I don’t know yet. There are few options but will decide when I get there. Generally heading towards Guatemala. Will see. I don’t know…
